Four runners on Friday

We have a busy day with four runners heading to Epsom and Chelmsford.

Sunday Star heads to Epsom in the Listed Surrey Stakes at 5.15pm. She is in great order and I’m very excited about her race today. I think Angel’s Hideaway will be hard to beat on her best form but I really think that we are not far away form her level and I wouldn’t be surprised to see her run a huge race.

Blackheath also runs at Epsom in the 7f Handicap at 5.50pm. He is in terrific form. I think the fast 7f at Epsom should suit and he thoroughly deserves to bag a big one. With some luck in running he has a shot today.

Stormbomber makes the trip to Chelmsford in the 8.10pm Novice over 6f. He is a big backward type who his taking time to mature. I would expect him to be much better on the turf further down line.

Maygold also runs at Chelmsford in the 8.40pm over 5f. She has come on a lot for her first run back and I shouldn’t think will be far away today.

Best of luck to all the runners and owners today and a big thanks to the team on the road today, Gary, Hannah, Kajsa, Kishore, Kalu and Tristan. Pictured below is Hannah and Sunday Star.
