Ascot double: Alfred Wallace and Never Enough both score
A brilliant weekend at Ascot, with two winners on the board across Friday and Saturday.
Alfred Wallace — Friday
Alfred Wallace announced himself as a serious prospect with a taking success in the Listed Flexjet Pat Eddery Stakes over 7f on Friday. Sent off the 3/1 favourite under Oisin Murphy, the two-year-old colt was ridden with plenty of patience, travelling towards the back of the ten-runner field before showing an impressive turn of foot.
By Dubawi out of the smart Snow Lantern, Alfred Wallace is out of a well-related and progressive family, and he looks an exciting prospect going forward.

Never Enough — Saturday
The following day it was Never Enough's turn, making it a great weekend for the yard. Sent off the 11/8 favourite in the Dentakay EBF Crocker Bulteel Maiden Stakes over 6f, the colt took a keen hold from the start and found plenty when shaken up.
A first-time-out winner, Never Enough is by No Nay Never out of Frenetic, and looks a nice type to have for Owner/Breeder SBA Racing Limited.
